What this site is
The site helps families research senior care using public government records and information reported by families and facilities. It is for general information only. It is not medical, legal, financial or placement advice, and we are not a referral or placement agency. Before making decisions, confirm all information with the facility and the responsible government agency.
Accuracy of information
Government data is shown as published by the agency named on each page, with its date, and may contain errors or delays. Information marked “Reported by the facility” or contributed by families has not been independently verified unless the page says so. We may correct, label or remove information at any time.
Information you submit
- Submit only information that is true to the best of your knowledge.
- Don't include anyone's name, health details or other personal information in price reports or notes.
- You allow us to review, edit for clarity or privacy, combine, publish and display what you submit, in summarized or anonymous form.
- We may decline or remove submissions that look inaccurate, abusive or unlawful.
Facility representatives
You may request access to a listing only if you are authorized to speak for that facility. Information you enter must be accurate and current. Availability updates expire after 30 days unless you confirm them again. We may refuse or revoke access at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, submit false information, try to reach parts of the site you aren't authorized to use, or use information from the site to harass or solicit facilities, residents or families.
Links to other websites
The site links to websites we don't own or control, including government agencies, Medicare, BenefitSearch, Google Maps and facilities’ own websites. We aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, products, services or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and policies.
No warranties
The site and its information are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Saguaro Media Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its information.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date.
